Under floor heating
Elements eMat under floor heating can bring luxury to any conservatory. The self-adhesive mat is fast and easy to install, it can be fit directly onto concrete sub-based floors and then covered with your choice of flooring be it tiles, slate, timber etc.
The twin conductor heating cable means there is no second return to the thermostat, saving time and cost.

Roof Lights (Domes)
Eurocell’s new roof lights are a great way to introduce light and ventilation into any room. Suitable for both residential and commercial applications the domes are easy to install and come with a 10 –year guarantee.
They are ideal for schools, extensions, factories, garages and other flat roof structures. Compatible with polymeric, PVC roofing membranes, bituminous membrane, mastic asphalt systems and GRP rooflight systems.
The rooflights have an insulated PVC-U upstand with a polycarbonate dome available in Clear, Opal, Diffused and Bronze.
Features
The easy fit gutter protector keeps gutters clear all year round. The hedgehog is a polypropylene brush that simply sits inside your gutter and only takes a few minutes to install.
After installation it will prevent the gutter from building up with wind-blown debris. The hedgehog is also maintenance free and can be removed easily if necessary. It will also prevent birds and rodents from entering loft space.
The product comes in 4 metre lengths and is 100mm wide.
Roof Vents
The introduction of a roof vent can help turn a hot and unbearable conservatory into a light and airy room.
Tailored Systems supply the Marvent LP which is designed by Brett Martin, they can be provided as part of an installation or to be retro fitted to existing conservatories and is available in the full range of standard finishes.
Roof vents can be supplied with manual openers in either Chrome or Brass, operated by winding poles through a screw jack system. Alternately the vent can be fitted with an electric motor which allows the vent to be opened and shut by a simple rocker switch or full remote control through the installation of a climate control unit.
The climate control unit can be preset to open and close the vents (up to 3 per control) when certain temperatures are reached and will close the vent by means of a rain sensor if there is precipitation.
Vents can be manufactured in varying sizes, but the standard drop is 800mm.
